Mr. Mann brings a wealth of experience and a forward-thinking approach to leadership, with over 20 years of multi-discipline IT experience focused on cybersecurity and business information security across multi-state and geographically dispersed environments.
Mr. Mann’s career is marked by his exceptional ability to manage and secure complex IT infrastructures, including his ownership of multibillion-dollar infrastructure support for the 17th largest county in the United States. His expertise extends beyond technology; he is a dynamic leader with a strong background in project management, communication, and documentation, crucially including incident response reporting and application security review management.
In his most recent role as Director of Cybersecurity Business Enablement & Resilience at SAIC, Mr. Mann was instrumental in building the company’s first enterprise Cyber Business Engagement team. His efforts aligned Information Security and Disaster Recovery with global business operations, deploying secure technologies that successfully transformed an 80% on-site workforce into an 80% remote workforce post-COVID. This remarkable transformation not only ensured business continuity but also enhanced organizational resilience across the board.
Mr. Mann’s leadership didn’t stop there. Recognizing the growing importance of business resilience, he integrated the Business Resilience team into his organization, creating the new Cybersecurity Business Enablement & Resilience function. This enterprise-wide initiative encompasses IT, operational, and organizational resilience planning, readiness exercises, and testing efforts, positioning SAIC as a leader in cybersecurity preparedness.
